Did you know that if you have an allergic reaction to a food or medication or something you’re putting on your skin, it doesn’t necessarily have to be something new. In fact, usually it isn’t. Your immune system must “see something” to become allergic to it and often it takes repeat exposures before the allergy develops. That’s why you should be suspicious of everything with which you’re coming in contact or swallowing if you suspect you’re reacting to something.
